Pulse360 Overview

Updated

See every campus at the same moment.

When you lead across campuses, you shouldn’t have to scrub one recording at a time to know what happened. A person can easily spend 30 to 60 minutes reviewing a single video, and still miss what lined up, what was different, what ran long, or whether the promos that mattered actually played.

Pulse360 puts that picture in one place so you can review, coach, and understand. See what every campus did the same. Spot what was different. Catch what happened at a different time. Confirm the spots you care about played. Walk away confident that every campus delivered the service you meant to deliver.

Open Pulse360 with the address your Account Manager gives you, then sign in. For step-by-step sign-in, see Sign In to Your Pulse360 Site.

What you can do in Pulse360

  • Videos: find the right campus recording fast (by site, category, tag, series, or speaker) so you start reviewing instead of hunting files.
  • Search: jump to the moment that matters by title, or by what was said, shown, or sung, without scrubbing end to end.
  • Report: put every campus on one picture for a date or range. Keep the services that matter, optionally check library spots for coverage, then see what every campus did the same, what was different, and what happened at a different time. Print or save the report as a PDF from your browser when you need to share the story.
  • Timing: catch services that ran long, short, or skipped a section, and compare how each part unfolded across campuses.
  • Review: coach one kind of moment across many services (for example announcements) with one player, instead of opening every campus separately.
  • Live: see every channel at once while you’re on air: what’s live now, and what’s coming up next.

By default, Pulse360 includes Videos, Search, Report, Timing, Review, and Live on the navigation bar. Some pages may not appear if your organization limited access for your role. That is intentional. If you expected a page and do not see it, ask your media lead or Account Manager.

Share links are available when your organization has them turned on (off by default). When they are on, you can share part of a video, and anyone with the link can watch that part without signing in. To turn on sharing, contact your Account Manager.

What Pulse360 is not

  • Not Events or a live event experience for public viewers
  • Not a security camera system
  • Not Curator answering questions on your website
  • Not a replacement for uploading and organizing your main media library

Before you start

  1. Sign in (Sign In to Your Pulse360 Site).
  2. Confirm your campuses are recording into Pulse so archives show up for review.
  3. If a report looks empty, wait for processing to finish, or contact your Account Manager.
