Deleting Assets
The Delete Asset feature allows you to remove unwanted media files from your Sardius Control Panel. This is useful for keeping your content library organized by clearing out tests, duplicates, or older versions of files you no longer need.
Individual Deletion
Within the Assets page in your Sardius Control Panel
You will find that each asset includes an Actions menu (⋮) on the right-hand side
(with the exception of your Site ID asset; this cannot be deleted)
-
Click the ⋮ icon next to the asset you want to remove.
 -
Select Delete Asset from the dropdown menu.
 -
A confirmation window will appear asking:
“Are you sure you want to delete this asset?”
 -
Choose Yes, delete asset to confirm, or Cancel to keep it.

Batch Deletion
You can also delete multiple assets at once.
-
Check the individual boxes on the left side of the asset list for all items you wish to delete, or click box by title (shown above) to select all assets on that page at one time.
 -
Once selected, a toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen.

 -
Click Delete Selected to remove all chosen assets in one action.
 -
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: Deleted assets can be restored later if needed. This action does not remove the file from your account right away.
