Sardius Stream allows you to set up an RTMP output to YouTube using your YouTube's stream key and stream URL. In order to do this you will need to find your organization's YouTube livestream settings.
Locating the Stream Settings
- Navigate to your organization's Youtube home page that you want to live stream from. Once you are on the page you will click the “+” camera button and then “Go live”:
- You will now be on your YouTube creator studio page. From here you want to use the side navigation to go to the “Stream” page.
- On the “Stream” page you can see the “Stream key” and “Stream URL” and even “Reset” the stream key if it has gone stale.
- You can also schedule their YouTube Live streams from the “Schedule” page. Here you can schedule new streams. Or click on currently scheduled streams to retrieve or reset the “Stream key” and “Stream URL”:
