The following can be updated on the General Settings of an Account:
- Basic Organizational information
- Logo/icon- appears beside your Account Name at the top of the screen
- Primary Contact information
- Public Chat Group Titles- these are customized tags that appear beside your team members names in Chat
To update your General Settings, access the cog wheel to the right of your Account Name at the top of the screen and click on General Settings in the Dropdown.
Public Chat Group Titles
Public Chat Group Titles can be used to customize how your team appears when visible in Chat.
Helpful Tip: While this is most commonly used for Moderators, it can also be used to help differentiate other members of your team and their roles when they are engaging in Chat.
