# Read Your Multi-Campus Report in Pulse360

Haven't built a report yet? Start with [Build a Multi-Campus Report in Pulse360](https://support.sardius.media/knowledge-base/build-a-multi-campus-report-in-pulse360).

The report puts every campus on one clock so you can see timing and consistency at a glance: what matched at this second, what was different, and where campuses drifted apart.

> **Note:** You must be signed in ([Sign In to Your Pulse360 Site](https://support.sardius.media/knowledge-base/sign-in-to-your-pulse360-site)). If **Report** is missing from the navigation bar, your organization may have limited access for your role.

### **What the playhead bar tells you**

The playhead is the "now" of your review. Everything else answers: what was on screen at this second?

![reportFullView](https://support.sardius.media/kb-media/2d7bc701f03747372017.png)

- The large clock is the playhead time.
- The live line under it summarizes the moment: how many recordings have something on screen, which time zones are on air, and how many items are **shared** vs **unique** in the match window.
- **Previous** and **Next** jump to notable moments on the timeline.
- **Jump to…** seeks to the nearest shared moment when one is nearby (the button shows the moment's label).
- **Align** chooses how campus rows line up (**Start**, **Clock**, or a **Section**).
- **SNAP ON** / **SNAP OFF** snaps the playhead to nearby ticks when you scrub.
- **Fit**, **2×**, **4×**, and **8×** zoom the timeline.
- **Match** (± seconds) sets how close in time the same slide, song, or clip must be to count as happening together. Default is ±45s. It changes in 5s steps.
- **OVERVIEW** is the mini strip under the controls. Drag it to pan the visible range. The range label (for example a morning-to-afternoon window) sits beside it.

![reportPlayheadBar](https://support.sardius.media/kb-media/b1e14430ca1c6879db1d.png)

**Why leaders care:** a wider Match window makes more things look "together." A tighter window is stricter. Start around the default, then nudge Match when coaching "did we land this at the same time?"

### **Align: Start, Clock, and Section**

| Align | What it does | When to use it |
| ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Start** | Every recording begins at its own start | Compare service shape when wall-clock times are missing or you want each feed from zero |
| **Clock** | Places each service on the wall clock (usual default when start times exist) | See what was live at 10:15 across campuses |
| **Section** | Lines every campus up on one section you choose (for example Message). The Section button opens a menu of section names | Compare the same part of the service side by side |

In **Clock**, you may see a note about scheduled (calendar) starts, and a faint band behind a row for its Live calendar event. Rows marked **sched** used a calendar start rather than a recorded go-live time.

In **Section**, an **ALIGNED ON …** mark on the timeline shows the section you chose. Campuses that cannot align on that section appear in a separate group with a note.

### **Shared, unique, and staggered (plain language)**

Inside the Match window at the playhead:

- **SHARED**: the same kind of moment (same slide, song, clip, and so on) is on screen at more than one campus together.
- **UNIQUE**: only this campus has that moment on screen right now.
- **STAGGER** (timeline **NOW** column) / **ALSO LATER** (in the player lists): the same moment appears at another campus, but not at the same second. It landed later (or earlier) within how you are reading the report.

That is how you spot "everyone hit the promo together," "only Downtown had this slide," or "West ran the song later."

### **The campus timeline**

On the left, each **CAMPUS** row is a campus (or one service per row in Section align). Click a campus to load its recording in **WATCHING** (the selected row shows ▶).

Beside the campus name you may see a short **message** badge when Pulse360 can tell how that campus delivered the message. Hover the badge for the fuller wording (tooltip starts with **Message:**).

| Badge | Meaning | Why leaders care |
| ------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Live** | Live: the message was preached in person at this campus | Spot which rooms had a preacher on site |
| **Broadcast** | Live · broadcast: preached here and shown at other campuses | See which campus shared its message with other campuses |
| **Video** | Recorded video: the message ran from a recording | Catch campuses on tape rather than live |

No badge means Pulse360 could not tell (or there was no message section). That is not a miss.

The center timeline shows:

- Colored **section** bars for Worship, Message, and the other parts of the service (your account's names).
- Marks for **Slide**, **Song**, **Clip**, **Talking point**, and **Scripture** (click a tick to seek).
- A shaded **match window** band around the playhead.
- The playhead line you can scrub (drag the axis or a row).

On the right:

- **NOW**: a chip per campus (**SHARED**, **STAGGER**, or **UNIQUE**).
- **COVERAGE**: a played ratio when you checked clips on step 2 (for example 2/2), with a small meter.

The legend under the table is labeled **SECTIONS**. It lists section colors, mark shapes (Slide, Song, Clip, Talking point, Scripture), and the current **±N s match window**.

![reportCampusTimeline](https://support.sardius.media/kb-media/9d8030889de9ad8d87a4.png)

**Example:** At Riverside, scrub until Downtown's NOW chip says **UNIQUE** while North and West say **SHARED**. You found a moment only Downtown is showing. Click Downtown to watch it.

### **WATCHING one campus**

The **WATCHING** panel follows the campus you selected. Hint text says **click any campus row**.

- Identity: campus name, time zone, optional service start, and the playhead clock.
- Pills: how many **SHARED** and **UNIQUE** items, and how many campuses are **ON SCREEN**.
- The player (starts muted). Play, pause, and mute live on the frame.
- Frame labels can show **SLIDE**, **SONG**, **CLIP**, **TALKING POINT**, **SCRIPTURE**, or **PROGRAM**.
- The scrub bar with kind markers. Click a marker to seek.
- The section line under the player (section name and time window).
- **ON SCREEN AT …**: what that campus has inside the match window, each with **SHARED**, **ALSO LATER**, or **UNIQUE**, plus an offset such as on the mark or +12s.
- **ELSEWHERE AT THIS SECOND**: what other campuses have on screen. **SAME AS …** means it matches what you are watching.

Click another campus row (or an Elsewhere row) to switch what you are watching without losing the playhead time. Between services on the same campus, use the previous / next service buttons when shown.

### **Clip coverage across the whole range**

If you added clips on **Find a video**, **CLIP COVERAGE · WHOLE RANGE** sits under the timeline. Each row is a clip, and each column is a campus. The **PLAYED** column shows a found ratio (for example 3 / 3).

| Result | Meaning |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Played** | The clip's dialogue was found in that campus's recordings |
| **Possibly played** | A partial match (for example talked over, or a different edit) |
| **Not found** | Searched recordings did not contain the clip's dialogue |
| **Can't be checked** | The clip has no dialogue to search (silent or not transcribed), so it is not counted as a miss |
| **Not checked** | Recordings could not be searched yet (often no transcript), so they are not counted as a miss |

Tap a cell for detail: times you can open, and any note. Played and Possibly played both count as found in the ratio. If you skipped Find a video, the report prompts you to **Pick clips to check**.

### **Change the set, shortcuts, and print**

- **Update filter** (top of the report) returns you to Choose so you can change dates, campuses, or keeps.
- Press **?** (or the on-screen **?**) for **Keyboard shortcuts**: ← / → nudge 1s, Shift + ← / → nudge 60s, click a tick to seek, drag a surface to scrub, Esc to close the card.
- Print or save as a PDF from your browser when you want to take the story into a meeting. There is no separate export button on the report today.

### **Ways to use your report**

These Riverside Church scenarios show how the report answers timing and consistency questions at a moment in time. For coaching and what to improve next, open **Review** in Pulse360.

**1. Announcements ran long at one campus**

- **Question:** Did West stay in announcements while North and Downtown had already moved on?
- **Where to look:** Set **Align** to **Clock**. Scrub the playhead through announcements. Watch section bars and **NOW** chips.
- **What to notice:** West still on announcements when North and Downtown show the next section, or West shows **STAGGER** / **UNIQUE** while others are **SHARED**.
- **Action:** You can see West ran announcements longer at that wall-clock time, without opening every recording alone.

**2. The message was cut short at one campus**

- **Question:** Did Downtown's Message end early compared with North and West?
- **Where to look:** Set **Align** to **Section** and choose Message. Compare Message section bars on the campus timeline.
- **What to notice:** Downtown's Message bar is shorter, or Downtown leaves Message while North and West are still in it at the same aligned second.
- **Action:** You know which campus cut the Message short and roughly where on the timeline it happened.

**3. Where campuses drifted apart across the service**

- **Question:** Across Sunday morning, where did Riverside campuses stop matching and start to drift?
- **Where to look:** Set **Align** to **Clock**. Use **Previous** / **Next**, or scrub the playhead. Watch **NOW** chips and the live line (shared versus unique).
- **What to notice:** Stretches of **SHARED** across campuses, then a stretch of **STAGGER** or **UNIQUE**. The **OVERVIEW** strip shows where section bars no longer line up.
- **Action:** Mark those drift moments for the leadership conversation. Length patterns across the weekend live in [Compare Service Timing Across Campuses](https://support.sardius.media/knowledge-base/compare-service-timing-across-campuses).

### **Worked example: Riverside Sunday**

1. Open a Sunday report you already built for Riverside Church with North, Downtown, and West kept (see [Build a Multi-Campus Report in Pulse360](https://support.sardius.media/knowledge-base/build-a-multi-campus-report-in-pulse360) if you still need to build it).
2. Leave **Align** on **Clock**. Set **Match** to ±45s. Use **Fit** or **2×** so the morning window is readable.
3. Scrub to the announcement window. Confirm **SHARED** across campuses for the series open.
4. Click **West** when its NOW chip flips to **UNIQUE**, and watch what only West showed in **WATCHING**.
5. Check **ELSEWHERE AT THIS SECOND** to see whether North or Downtown had the same moment later (**ALSO LATER**) or the same thing now (**SAME AS West**).
6. In **CLIP COVERAGE**, confirm the weekend promo is **Played** at North and Downtown. If West is **Not found**, you have a coaching conversation without asking campuses to self-report.

Congratulations! You can read a multi-campus report with confidence: same moment, one campus deep dive, and clip coverage in one place.
