The Places Dashboard is a central hub for all activity throughout your places.
To the right side of the screen, you will see a broadcast status overview that shows all online, offline, and abnormal locations. You can also see this status on the map below.
The left side of the screen shows the activity feed. Here you can filter activity based on Statuses, Announcements, and Question & Answers. You can clear this activity feed at any time by clicking the three dots and selecting "Clear Activity Feed."
From the activity feed, you can see the name of the user who sent the message, click to view the place that sent the message, and send the user a return message.
To make an announcement, click on the megaphone icon next to "Make an announcement."
In the modal that appears, select:
- Recipient place type(s)
- Type of announcement
- Enter a message to the recipients
Once you have entered in all of the information, click "Send." Your announcement will appear in the activity feed. You can then edit the message or choose to delete it.
