Overview of Layout Features (Turnkey)

Customizing your Turnkey layout can be an overwhelming undertaking. However, the steps below will walk you through it in a smooth and easy fashion. This article is designed to give you an overview of the various features. For more detailed information about each Feature, follow the corresponding link.

• Event Timeline Features - this gives you the ability to edit the different stages of the event 
• Select Layout Features on the left pane to begin editing your Channel. Available features will depend upon the layout that you are using. If you have any questions, reach out to your Account Manager for more details.   

• Common Settings: Enable Overlays, Customize Fonts, Add Support Text & more. 

• Common Colors: customize Colors on the site (primary, secondary, background, sidebar, Chat, Watch Party, Bio background color, etc.)

• Chat Settings: set up your Chat features (message reactions, character limit, banned words, etc.)

• Sidebar: customize your Sidebar (event information and states, Chat section, Watch Party and more)

• Header: design your Header and navigation bar

• Sections: set up your schedule display section, speaker section, Video on Demand (VOD), and sponsor section 

• Expo Hall: an advanced feature that includes a dynamic landing page for sponsors and can include promotional videos, chat, video conference integration, marketing collateral downloads, and analytics

• Networking: an advanced feature that allows for networking in the platform (create profiles, business cards, search and filter profiles, match profiles, etc.)

• Timeline: an advanced feature where a timeline of the event is displayed below the player

• Footer: customize your Footer with your logo, social links, custom text and more

• Cookie Banner Settings: set up your Cookie Banner notification and policy
