Manage Reported Issues for Places
The Reported Issues section will show a list of all issues your users have submitted.
The list view will show the ID and Place Name the issue was reported at, details of the issue, its status, who reported it, when the issue was created, and how long it took to resolve the issue.
The list of reported issues can be sorted by place and/or status.
In the list, you can select multiple issues at a time to mark them as resolved or to delete.
In the upper right corner, you can also select to download a CSV of all issues for offline record keeping.
