Makito Decoder Troubleshooting

If you are not seeing an active SRT connection and feed between your encoder/decoder, try the following:
- Verify your passphrase and encryption levels are the same
- Verify your listener’s address
- Verify your listener’s port
- Verify that the firewall forwarding rule (if used) is correct
- Make sure that your encoder has an active video/audio signal
- Make sure that your frame rate and resolution is compatible with your encoder
- Verify that the output(s) were started on all ends
- Make sure your encoder is using a codec that is compatible with your decoder
