Create and Manage Users for Places

Note: Places users are not the same as Sardius Media Account users. Places users will only have access to the external platform to manage their place status, view announcement, and report issues. These users will not have access to the Sardius Control Panel unless you create a separate account for them in the main system.

In the Places Users section, you will see a list of all users and the IDs for the Place(s) they have access to. You can sort this list according to Place. You can also bulk select users to resend invitations or delete them. 

This list will also show you all contact information associated with that Place user, the last time they logged in, and the ability to edit the user. 

 

Add a user

To add a user, click on the "Add User" button in the upper right corner.

In the modal that appears, enter:

  • the user's first and last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • the Place ID(s) the user will be assigned to.

When complete, select Send invite.

 

Import/Export CSV

If you wish to add users in bulk, you can upload a CSV to the Sardius Control Panel and it will automatically generate accounts and send welcome emails. 

Should you desire to download a list of all users, select the download CSV option.
