Create and Manage Places
Using the list, you can see an overview of:
- Place name
- Place ID
- Online status
- Primary and Secondary types
- Broadcast Source
- Options to edit, delete, and change status
You can filter this list by searching by place name, or sort by status and type.
Clicking on the name of a place will present you a details pane. Here you can easily edit the place information, and see the latest broadcast test. Here you can also see all users assigned to this place, and you can quickly add additional users. At the bottom, you can also see notes about the place created by admin users.
To see more information on assigned users, simply click on their name. In the modal that appears, you can select "View place as user" to see detailed information on all users assigned to the place.
Add a Place
Note: Before adding a place, make sure your Primary and Secondary Place Types, and your Broadcast source are defined in your Places Settings. Learn more about managing these settings here.
To add a place, click on the "Add Place" button in the upper left corner.
Enter:
- Place name
- Place IC
- Select a Primary and Secondary type from the dropdowns
- Enter a phone number and location address
- Select a broadcast source from the dropdown
- Indicate if Rental Gear is being used
When you are finished, click "Add Place"
Import/Export CSV
Should you have a lot of places to add, you can upload a CSV file with all of the details and the Control Panel will quickly generate the places in your account.
You can also export a CSV of all places in your account for easy review.
