# 1. Overview of the Sardius Control Panel

> **Transcript:** Welcome to Serious Media. This video is part of our onboarding series and will introduce you to the Sardius control panel and several of the key features and products within it. Over the course of the series, we will share how to manage your life experience, create your events, engage your audience, and so much more. particular video will present an overview of the control panel’s interface and sidebar menu, which we will see as we log in. Let's dive into the sidebar At the top account owners will be able to manage all the users in their organization, create and edit user roles, and perform other administrative functions. If there is a glowing yellow dot at the top of the sidebar, that means that there is an announcement from the Sardius team regarding updates to the control panel. we have experiences. Here you can manage all of your live stream events and create interactive websites for your live streams or video on demand library. The next section is content. This is where you will manage your assets, organize your content using feeds for apps and podcasts. The next section is for Sardius Stream users to pair and manage devices and outputs. Next is products. Here you can set up registration and ticketing systems for your channels. The next section is metadata. Our system uses a robust and rich metadata engine. This management area helps to establish and edit critical metadata,aAdd building blocks such as categories, series albums, shows and bios. Next, we have analytics. Here you can see an overview of how individuals and groups interact with your live and on demand content. Finally at the bottom of the sidebar, we will have a direct link to our support team that will provide you with documentation, tutorials and even answer any questions that you may have In the next few videos, we will dive deeper into each of these sections. We will see you in the next video.
